VIDA comes from the portuguese word meaning life, and at VIDA we want to enhance how you live yours! Together our practitioners strive to offer the best care possible whether to decrease daily stress through our touch or to help rehabilitate our patients back to their regular daily routines after an injury.

Owner Sandra Viaes RMT was born and raised in Bradford. After graduating with a BA in Sports and Exercise Management from Brock University and then with a Massage Therapy diploma at CCMH in Toronto, she started her practice in Newmarket. After four rewarding years she decided to bring her practice back to her hometown of Bradford. VIDA Massage and Wellness opened its doors in 2009 and has been welcomed into the comunity with open arms.
