Toss the flour
into the grated cheese until all cheese is coated. Gently heat milk in a
suacepan until hot but not bubbling. Gradually add cheese, stirring
constantly, until thick. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve
over steamed broccoli, cauliflower, grains or potatoes.
