I was looking to have a factory replacement exhaust made for my car and this was the first shop that popped up in my search in Bradford. I called for a quote. Gave them the specifics over the phone and got a quote. I was told the exhaust would be mandrel bent as well, once over the phone and twice at the shop. I first called to see if my item was ready at 11 am and was told they just got the tube in stock and they would start working on it right away. I then called at 3 pm and was told they had been busy and it would be done shortly. I called again at 5 and was again told they just got the pipe in stock and to pick it up before they closed at 6pm. I arrived and was immediately told the price I was quoted wasn't right. I needed this piece so I agreed to pay almost twice what I was quoted. The item I received was not mandrel bent and to top it off wasn't even bent right and need extensive modification to fit my car. Basically the piece I got was scrap metal. I was lied to many times by this shop, overcharged, and to top it off received an unusable item. I highly recommend steering clear of this shop. They are very shady, and are no way experts. They cant even bend a piece of exhaust properly and that's what they are supposed to specialize in. Buyer beware!!!! Go elsewhere. Never in my life have I seen such poor work and business ethics.
