please be careful this builder had little knowledge and exeprience they dont do quality foe 500.000 the house is very poor. trades are done in a rush overall disappointed im already looking to sell 5months in pdi. i made a mistake buying westin homes they try their best but not professional not a quality company compared to other builders. i dont fault them i reported issues the resolve them slowing buy painting over them other issues they say they will take care of next time. im stressed to the point where i have given up im selling and getting out.
