Jen Hart, RVT 

Registered Veterinary Technician 

Jen is a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) who graduated with honours from Georgian College in April 2015 and became registered soon after. Jen’s career path didn’t start in the veterinary medicine field. She was born and raised in Hamilton, went to McMaster University, and graduated with an honour’s Bachelor of Arts in psychology neuroscience and behaviour. She went on to receive an advanced diploma in autism and behavioural sciences. After working in the developmental services field for a couple years, her love for animals found her relocating her life up north.

Jen loves all aspects of being a veterinary technician, with a special interest in nutrition and dentistry. She recently moved to Waubaushene with her spouse and their three cats Piper, Joe, and Breeze. Outside of work she enjoys gardening, travelling and renovating her house. You may also see Jen at the Huronia Veterinary Emergency Clinic, as she recently started working there part time. She is looking forward to expanding her skills as an RVT.
