About Us

Sascha holds an Honors B.A. degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario and has been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2006.  In 2016, she received her Registered Acupuncturist designation from the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO).  Sascha is also a certified Acudetox Specialist with the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association (NADA) and has completed additional training in therapeutic ultrasound, soft tissue release, craniosacral techniques, reiki, cupping, guasha, tuina, and moxibustion.

As a healthcare practitioner, Sascha aims to assist each client to achieve optimal health and wellbeing using an integrative approach to treatment.  Depending on individual needs, various methods may be used within each session to prevent and treat a variety of conditions.

Sascha has a special interest in treating muscular aches and pains, soft tissue injuries, stress, anxiety/depression, addictions, digestive disorders, and skin conditions including facial rejuvenation.
