After a very active winter weekend of skiing, skating and snowshoeing, I was very happy to visit with Carolyn at RNS for a much welcomed massage. She asked for feedback frequently, and eased some tight muscles very skillfully. The atmosphere was nice with a spa like feeling of soft music in a medical office to help with relaxation.
