I was so impressed by this dental office. Having a young daughter, I was really excited to see the all of the fun things for children to do and all of movie themes through the office. Each dental room has a different movie theme which is just so different from anywhere else I've been. The staff is so pleasant and friendly, and on your visit you get a little welcome gift! I've been a patient for a couple of years now and always have a great experience with Dr.Chai and his assistants. I just had a major dental done and it was probably the easiest and most pleasant procedure I have had to do of the magnitude. I'd like to give a big kudo to Katlyn who was awesome and kept me entertained and just did a great job overall!! Nov 4 2015 I had a wonderful experience at Dr Jesse Chai's Family Dentistry!!! First off the office is gorgeous!!! The newly renovated office is spectacular, full of authentic Disney collections and very cool memorabilia. I had Sarah today for a cleaning and she was amazing! She gave me helpful hints and suggestions for preventative dental care, she went above and beyond to find out what was covered on my dental ins plan and the cleaning went great!!! Sarah and Jennifer both at different times gave me gift cards for friends/family who are new patients! I gave them to my friends who were very appreciative for their kindness. Also the receptionist Damira is wonderful, very friendly and always makes my visit enjoyable!!! I gave the office and staff a 5 star rating but if I could I would most definitely give them 10 plus stars because they deserve it!!!

Everyone is so nice and friendly. I feel so special when I'm in there! The rooms look awesome but they definitely need a Pokémon room though.

As always, from the minute I walk in the office and I am greeted by Antonella, to my cleaning with Sarah the experience is positive and warming. Going to the dentist isnt always the highlight of the day for most people, but for me I know it is always a family friendly atmosphere. When my cleaning is done and I work with Damira to ensure my appointment went well and book my follow ups she is very accomodating to my schedule and always happy to help me make life easier with the hussle of life and kids. thanks again to my awesome team!

Today I had an appointment, and was short on time, so the staff offered to move me in quickly with an amazing dental hygienist Sarah to accommodate my time frame! She was efficient, thorough and gentle with my teeth! The staff has always been so polite, helpful and flexible with our family appointments. Dr. Chai is an amazing dentist and he has an amazing staff, in a fun office with the latest dental techniques and a generous spirit! I absolutely adore dr. chai and his staff (namely sarah). My daughter Lily laughs and has fun when she goes to the dentist. They are patient and understanding with my husband (who isnt the biggest fan of dentists). They really take the time to explain everything thoroughly and ensure that we are well taken care of! Great people! :)

My daughter and I just had a visit to Bradford Family Dentistry, for our routine checkup. We loved the new office. Our dentist experience again was awesome. I was looked after by Sarah, and once again she made my dental experience very relaxing and was able to answer all my questions. My daughter was taken care of by Krista, she really liked Krista. My visits to the office continue to be very pleasant, from the friendly, motivated and professional staff, like Sarah and Suatta, to the themed treatment rooms that reflect the Dr.'s playful interest in super-hero/Disney culture. I find myself dragging my feet on the way out so I can peek into other treatment rooms. Highly recommended for patients of all ages!

Who among us, isn't impressed when someone highly skilled at his profession, employs that skill on our behalf, and performs, in this case, a Dental repair, that was, to my mind, beautifully done. As I sat in his office, viewing the Actors and Actresses of Startrek, and Disneo World, I recalled a Scripture in the Proverbs, that seemed to fit so well Doctor Jesse Chai: Worded as follows: “Have you beheld a man skillful in his work? Before Kings is where he will station himself; he will not station himself before commonplace men.” [Proverbs 22:29] It would appear Doctor Chai has done exactly that!

Ok… check this out Bradford! Dr Chai was brought us into the New Millennium! His new practice is ** SPECTACULAR** Have been going here for about 40 years, and still coming back. Not just for the pretty friendly staff, but the expert dentistry. Bradford Family Dentistry has surpassed anything New York City or California could provide. In the past I have had both pleasant and misadventures with dentists. I have to say that the Staff and Dr Chai at Bradford Family Dentistry were very friendly and very helpful. I was put at ease and given lots of information to help me make my decisions. And I was very impressed with how quickly up to date imaging could be done. I will definitely be returning to have future work done. And I like that they have evening and Saturday appointments.

I have been going to Dr. Chai for over 2 years now, and I've always been very happy with the service I've received. My dental hygienist is so gentle and she always remembers our conversations from my previous visits - she event asked me how my holiday was! They use the most advanced technology mixed with great customer service. They give lots of presents, too! On every visit I'm given a little something. Who doesn't love free stuff??
