I had lunch at Dutch Treats last week - the tastiest meatloaf sandwich with dutch-style soup and a drink for $9. The soup was different than I've ever had with little meatballs and lots of green vegetables. It was delicious. Service was quick and friendly and I enjoyed the atmosphere of the little dutch store.
